Professional photography & videography
At Percolated Photography we offer a range of photography and video services. We have photographed a huge range of subjects in many styles and we will work with you to capture the images and footage you need for your business or project. Our photographic kit includes a full frame digital SLR, a range of very high quality lenses and a drone capable of high quality still and moving images along with all the usual extras. We are a bit geeky about photography and camera equipment, so we are constantly researching new styles, techniques and best practices!
Professional and qualified
We have spent many years perfecting our photography and videography skills. This has included numerous courses, qualifications, many hours of practice and invaluable years of experience. In recent years we have invested in drone and aerial imaging skill. We now have a fully qualified drone pilot, certified by the CAA with many flight hours under his belt.
Excellent attention to detail
The details make or break a photograph, and we examine the scene thoroughly when we first arrive. Years of experience have taught is that it’s worth taking a little extra time at the beginning of a photo shoot to make sure there is nothing in the image or footage that shouldn’t be there. If that means doing a little bit of tidying, organising the kitchen drawers or arranging cushions on a sofa we will do it!
Relaxed and organised
Being in front of the camera can be stressful and we will do our best to help you relax. We focus on great communication and a good plan to ensure we get the images and footage you want. We also have a range of techniques to help settle your nerves for portraits and video interviews.

A guide to our rates and services
We don’t like hidden costs and don’t see why you should either. Below are the rates for our work and a guide of what to expect from us during and after your shoot.
Our prices
Most of our prices are “all inclusive” and we do not make any additional charges without explaining them to you first.
Photography Prices
Ground based and aerial/drone photography on location or in the studio. These prices also cover basic editing and delivery of images to you (use of the drone requires a risk assessment).
£90 per hour
£360 – 4 hours
£720 – 8 hours
Please note that there is a minimum shoot time of two hours for location shoots.
Filming Prices
Ground based filming:
£60 per hour
£240 – 4 hours
£480 – 8 hours
Aerial filming:
£80 per hour (use of the drone requires risk assessment).
Please note that there is a minimum shoot time of two hours for location shoots.
Video Editing Prices
£40 per hour
£160 – 4 hours
£320 – 8 hours
Drone risk assessment Price
Each location is different, and a risk assessment is legally required for all commercial work with any drone. These risk assessments are normally £40 per site, but for flying in restricted areas or more difficult locations there may be some additional administration or licensing costs.
Insurance for aerial photography or filming is usually included in the price. For more risky locations or assignments with specific insurance requirements, this will be quoted as required.

Photography
In general it takes at least the same amount of time to process and edit your photographs as it does to shoot them. During editing we will crop, colour balance, correct geometry and make other minor adjustments to make your images look their best.
We supply two sets of photos as standard.
- High resolution images for printing and marketing material.
- Web ready images optimised for use on websites and social media.
We can also add a branded watermark with your company logo if required.
We do not charge extra for any of the above.
Video Production
Free story boarding and shoot day planning consultation.
Royalty free music track.
Basic titling and title animation.
Due to the complexity with filming and editing video we will provide a bespoke estimate for each project based on our current rates. A filming time and editing time will be estimated and tailored to your needs.
What format will your video be in?
Once edited we will supply a fully edited master video and web ready version for YouTube, Vimeo or your desired video host.
Insurance
For ground based photography and filming this is included at no extra cost.
For most drone flights this is included at no extra cost but from time to time we may need to adjust things like public liability or account for operating in high risk areas and will quote for this appropriately.
Additional Services
Expenses
If required props, professional models and specialist equipment hire will be quoted for each job.
Mileage is charged at 0.65p per mile for work outside of Pembrokeshire.
Travel time of more than 2 hours will be charged at £30 per hour, plus mileage.
Accommodation and other additional expenses are charged at cost.
